At Tara Design we offer many type of rentals. Read below for alternatives.

Short Term Rental:
20% from regular priced item per week

Packages:
Packaged deals are dependent on furniture selections. Please call for details, choices of pieces are listed below:

Living room package:
sofa or daybed, sofa chair, coffee table,  end table, and lamp
Dining room package:
Dining table and four chairs
Bedroom package:
Bed frame, dresser, mirror, nightstand, and lamp.

Home Stagers:
Receive a discount when signing a long term lease:

10% discount on six month  lease (minimum monthly rental of $950 before discount)
 20% discount on six month lease (minimum monthly rental of $700 before discount)
 25% discount on six month lease (minimum monthly rental of $500 before discount)

Receive commission if you client decides to purchase our furniture:
 10% commission on each piece
15% commission when entire lease is purchased
